Three Tips For Coloring Your Free Tree Coloring Pages
Free Tree Coloring Pages Coloring Tip #1
Choose a variety of greens: To create depth and dimension in your tree, use a range of greens rather than just one shade. Start with a lighter green for the leaves and gradually add darker shades to the areas that are in shadow. You can also mix in other colors like browns, yellows, and blues to add more interest.
Free Tree Coloring Pages Coloring Tip #2
Consider the light source: When coloring a tree, it’s important to think about where the light is coming from. If the light source is above, the top of the tree will be brighter and the bottom will be darker. If the light is coming from one side, that side of the tree will be brighter and the other side will be in shadow. Keep this in mind as you add shading and highlights to your tree.

Use different techniques for different textures: Trees can have a variety of textures, from smooth bark to rough bark and from soft leaves to spiky needles. Experiment with different coloring techniques to create these textures. For example, use short, quick strokes for rough bark and longer, smoother strokes for the leaves. You can also use a blending tool, like a colorless blender or a cotton swab, to soften and blend colors together for a more realistic look.
Three Fun Ways To Color Your Free Tree Coloring Pages
Fun Way #1
Use bright and silly colors like neon green, hot pink, and electric blue to create a “rainbow tree” that will make everyone smile.
Fun Way #2
Draw silly faces on each of the leaves, using different expressions like happy, grumpy, and surprised to give the Tree a fun and playful personality.
Fun Way #3
Have each family member choose their favorite color and paint a section of the Tree with that color, representing their unique and colorful contribution to the family. This will not only make the Tree look fun and vibrant, but also symbolize the strong bond and diversity of the family.
The Adventures of Tree
Part 1
The Lonely Tree
Once upon a time, in a lush green forest, there stood a tall, majestic tree named Tree. Tree was a bit different from the other trees, as he was the only one of his kind in the entire forest. This made him feel quite lonely and sad. While the other trees were busy chatting and playing games with each other, Tree stood there all by himself, day after day.
Part 2
The Tree’s Wish
One day, as Tree was swaying in the gentle breeze, he noticed a family of birds nesting in his branches. The chirping of the birds and the warmth of their presence made Tree feel happy for the first time in a long while. He wished he had more friends like the birds, and he decided to make a wish upon a passing shooting star.
Part 3
The Magical Wish
To Tree’s surprise, the shooting star granted his wish! The next morning, Tree woke up to find himself surrounded by a bunch of lively and friendly trees, just like him. They all introduced themselves and welcomed Tree into their group. They spent the whole day playing games and having fun together.
Part 4
The Mischievous Squirrel
As the sun began to set, the trees decided to have a sleepover party. They all gathered around Tree, sharing stories and roasting marshmallows. Suddenly, a mischievous squirrel appeared out of nowhere and stole all the marshmallows! The trees were shocked and didn’t know what to do. But Tree had an idea.
Part 5
The Great Marshmallow War
Tree used his strong branches to shake the squirrel off and retrieve the stolen marshmallows. The squirrel, not wanting to give up his loot, called for backup – a group of playful monkeys. Soon, a great marshmallow war ensued between the trees and the monkeys. In the end, the trees emerged victorious, with Tree as their hero. From that day on, Tree was no longer lonely, and he had a whole group of friends to make memories with.
The end.
