Football Player Coloring Pages

Five free football player coloring pages. A young running back sprints down the field with the ball tucked under his arm, two quarterbacks wind up to throw near the goalposts, another player charges ahead with a big grin behind his face mask, and one stands on the grass with his helmet under his arm and a ball at his feet.

The jerseys are blank: no numbers and no team logos, so kids can color in their own team's colors and add their favorite player's number. The outlines are thick and the shapes are simple, which suits kids from about four up.

A few ideas: use two team colors, one for the jersey and one for the helmet and stripes. Leave a white stripe down the pants the way real uniforms do. Color the ball brown with white laces, and make the grass a couple of shades of green so the field looks mown.

Each sheet prints on one US-letter page, ready for game day, or color it online on a phone or tablet.
