## About

Four free Philippians 4:4 coloring pages with the King James words in big hollow letters and a decorative frame around them. Two are bold sheets for kids, and two are finer sheets for adults and teens.

Paul wrote the letter of Philippians to the church at Philippi while he was in chains as a prisoner. Even so, joy runs all through the letter, and here he repeats himself on purpose: “Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.”

“Alway” is the old spelling of always. To rejoice means to be glad and happy, and Paul is saying we can be glad in God even on hard days.

Because the word “Rejoice” appears twice, children can color the two in matching bright colors, such as orange and yellow, and make the frame look like a celebration with confetti dots. Older kids and adults might use the finer sheet as a thank-you or get-well card. It also suits a cheerful bulletin board for the start of a new school year.
