Pick a photo on your phone, tablet or computer and the studio traces it into black outlines you can print and color. It's free, there's no sign-up, and the photo never leaves your device: the tracing happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded to us or anyone else.
How it works
- Pick a photo. Tap Photo → coloring page and choose a picture.
- Adjust it. Slide More detail, Smoother and Thicker lines until the outlines look right in the preview.
- Use it. Print the outlines on US-letter paper, save a PNG, or color it right there with fill and crayon tools, then print or share the colored page.
Which photos work best
- One clear subject: a pet, a face, a toy, a flower, a car.
- A plain or blurry background. Busy backgrounds turn into lots of little specks.
- Good light. Dark or grainy photos lose their edges.
- Close-ups. Fill most of the photo with the subject.
Want to add to it? You can draw with the pen, add stamps and a border, or write a name on the same page before you print.
Questions
Is it really free? Yes. There's no account, no watermark on your page beyond a small "Made at ihavecrayon.com" line, and no limit.
Is my photo uploaded? No. Everything happens on your device. If you share the finished page, only the picture you choose to share leaves it.
Can I print it? Yes: Print to color prints a clean coloring page on one US-letter sheet, and Print in color prints the version you colored.
