Three Fun Facts About Zebras

Fun Fact #1

Zebras have unique stripe patterns, just like human fingerprints. No two zebras have the same pattern, making them truly one-of-a-kind animals.

Fun Fact #2

Despite their black and white appearance, zebras actually have black skin underneath their white stripes. This helps them absorb and reflect heat, keeping them cool in the hot African savannah.

Fun Fact #3

Zebras are highly social animals and live in herds led by a dominant male, called a stallion. They communicate with each other through various vocalizations and body language, and will even groom each other as a form of bonding and socialization.

Three Tips For Coloring Your Zebra Coloring Pages

Zebra Coloring Pages Coloring Tip #1

Start with a base coat: Begin by coloring the entire zebra with a light gray or white color as the base coat. This will provide a neutral background for the black stripes to stand out against.

Three Fun Ways To Color Your Zebra Coloring Pages

The Zany Zebras

Part 1

The Zebra Family
In a vast savannah, there lived a family of zebras. There was Papa Zebra, Mama Zebra, and their three mischievous children – Ziggy, Zara, and Zane. They were known as the funniest and most colorful zebras in the entire land.

Part 2

The Struggle for Stripes
One day, the zebras woke up to find that their stripes were missing! The family was in a frenzy, trying to figure out what happened to their signature stripes. Papa Zebra, being the head of the family, decided to investigate.

Part 3

The Sneaky Hyenas
Papa Zebra went to the nearby watering hole and found the culprit – a group of sneaky hyenas, who had painted themselves with the zebra’s stripes to blend in and catch their prey. Papa Zebra was outraged and demanded they return the stripes.

Part 4

A Colorful Makeover
The hyenas, feeling guilty, returned the stripes to the zebras. But instead of just taking back their stripes, the zebra family decided to have some fun. They painted the hyenas with all sorts of colors, turning them into a walking rainbow!

Part 5

The Zebra Parade
The hyenas, now known as the “rainbow hyenas”, joined the zebras for a colorful parade around the savannah. The other animals were amazed and laughed at the sight. The zebra family realized that even though their stripes were unique, they didn’t need them to stand out. They were already the most hilarious and lovable zebras in the land. And from that day on, the zebras and hyenas became the best of friends, always playing pranks and making everyone laugh.
