Deuteronomy 6:4 Coloring Pages

Four free Deuteronomy 6:4 coloring pages, with the King James words in big hollow letters inside a decorative frame. There are two bold sheets for kids and two finer sheets for adults.

In Deuteronomy, Moses speaks to the people of Israel before they enter the promised land. This verse begins a passage known by its first Hebrew word, the Shema, which means "hear." The next verse tells them to love the LORD with all their heart, soul and might.

It says there is only one God, and he is our God. It is short enough for even young children to learn.

A few verses later, Moses tells parents to teach these words to their children, to talk about them at home and on the way, and to write them on the doorposts and gates. So a finished sheet belongs near the front door. Children can color "Hear" in a bright color and "one" in another, then say the verse together each morning on the way out.
