About Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 Coloring Pages
Four free Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 coloring pages with the King James words in big hollow letters inside a decorative frame. Two sheets are bold and roomy for kids, and two are finer and more detailed for adults.
Ecclesiastes is the book of "the Preacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem," who looks at life and asks what really matters. Just before these verses he describes a man who works hard all alone, with no one to share it with.
The verses say two people are better than one, because when one falls down the other can help him up. In a child's words: friends help each other, and it's hard to be all alone. "Labour" here means work, and "woe" means real trouble.
This one is made for sharing. Have two children color one sheet together, each taking a side of the frame, or print two copies so best friends, siblings or a parent and child can color matching pages. It also makes a good card for a friendship lesson or a wedding shower.
