Ephesians 2:8 Coloring Pages

Four free Ephesians 2:8 coloring pages, each with the King James words in big hollow letters framed by a decorative border. There are two bold kids' sheets with thick, easy letters and two finer adult sheets with more pattern to color.

Paul wrote the letter to the Ephesians to the believers at Ephesus. In chapter 2 he reminds them what God has done for them, and the very next verse goes on, "Not of works, lest any man should boast."

The verse says we are saved by grace, which means God's kindness that we did not earn, and that this comes as a gift. A child can understand it like a present: you don't pay for a gift, you just receive it.

Since the verse ends with "the gift of God," try coloring the frame like wrapping paper, with stripes or dots and a bow at the top. That makes the finished page an easy card to give a friend, a grandparent or a teacher. It also pairs well with verse 9 for a two-verse memory challenge.
