Memory Verse Cards for Kids

Twelve free memory verse cards for kids to color, six on each sheet, all in the King James words.

Each card has a small picture beside the verse, in big bubble letters a child can fill in. The first sheet has Genesis 1:1 with the earth and stars, Psalm 23:1 with a shepherd's crook, Psalm 56:3 ("What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee") with a lamb, 1 John 4:19 with a heart, Philippians 4:13 with a mountain and Ephesians 6:1 with a house. The second has 1 Peter 5:7 with a sparrow, Philippians 4:4 with a smiling sun, Ephesians 6:10 with a shield, Matthew 11:28 with a sleeping sheep, Philippians 4:19 with a basket of bread and two fish, and 2 Timothy 1:7 with a dove.

Color the cards, then cut on the dashed lines. One verse a week makes twelve weeks of Sunday school or family devotions. Punch a corner and keep them on a ring, or tape this week's card to the fridge or the car dashboard where everyone will see it. Printed on cardstock, they hold up to a lot of handling.

Each sheet prints on one US-letter page. More: Bible verse bookmarks to color with the same pictures, and memory verse coloring pages for kids.
