About Philippians 4:13 Coloring Pages
Four free Philippians 4:13 coloring pages with the King James words in big hollow letters, set inside a decorative frame. Two sheets are drawn in a bold kids' style with chunky letters, and two in a finer adult style with more detail to fill.
The apostle Paul wrote the letter to the Philippians to the church at Philippi, partly to thank them for a gift they had sent him. Just before this verse he says he has learned to be content whether he has plenty or goes hungry.
So "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me" is about having strength from Christ to get through hard times as well as good ones. For a child, it means you don't have to be strong all on your own.
This short verse is a good pick for a first memory verse, since it fits on one line of a chart. Older kids might color "strengtheneth" in a strong, deep color and keep the sheet in a binder or tape it inside a locker door as a reminder before a test or a game.
